Jerry Allen has been in the construction business for over 25 years. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and his reputation, so, he makes sure a home is built correctly and to the homeowners' satisfaction. He is personally involved with all aspects of the construction process, from the very beginning meetings until well after the completion of the house.

Jerry is not just an owner, but a very hands on owner, working on the job every day. He is involved with the homeowners and their designer/architect to assist in the design and drawing process, he will operate a tractor/skid loader to backfill a foundation, and you will even see him finish caulking joints when the home is nearing completion.

Jerry readily takes care of any problems or corrections that need fixing long after the project is completed, and he employs subcontractors that also have the same work ethic to insure a quality product. He is very detail oriented from start to finish and was honored with a plaque by the Larimer County Building Department in 2001 for "Recognition for Outstanding Professionalism through the construction process."
